أطلقت شركة "موتورولا موبيليتي" الأمريكية العالمية في صناعة الهواتف النقالة والاتصالات السلكية واللاسلكية، جهازاً جديداً باسم "Lapdock 100"، يتيح للمستخدمين تحويل هاتفهم الذكي إلى net book أو كمبيوتر محمول صغير "نوت بوك" متكامل. ويأتي الجهاز بشاشة عرض أقل قليلاً عن النسخة السابقة، قياسها 10.1 بوصة بدلاً من 11.6 بوصة، وبدرجة وضوح (1336x768) بيكسل، ومزود بلوحة مفاتيح كاملة، و"Trackpad" تدعم تقنية اللمس المتعدد، ومفاتيح وظيفية خاصة بأندرويد. ويتمتع الجهاز بتعدد المهام لتلبية احتياجات المستخدمين، فهو يسمح بإمكانية استقبال رسائل بريد إلكترونية والرد عليها وكذلك كتابة رسائل نصية واستقبال مكالمات هاتفية أثناء التصفح على شبكة الإنترنت، من خلال إحدى تطبيقات "أندرويد" المتاحة، وأيضا مشاهدة الصور وسماع الموسيقى.
